An elephant age 35 has given birth at Nong Nooch. The new baby boy was born to the delight of workers at Nong Nooch who monitored the birth throughout the night but made sure not to intervene until the last minute to ensure a natural birth could occur and the mother was allowed to make the first interaction with her new child. We can report that everything went well and Nong Nooch Gardens will run a competition to determine the name of the newborn.
